A couple of months ago, friends asked me to recreate an iGP versions of their favorite liveries. I've recreated some iconic, legendary, or just pretty liveries. I liked this process and decided to recreate several other liveries
A few tips. First, never change color on mobile version. There's no small cell in the lower right corner allowing you to manually enter the exact color codes. Codes that gives the correct color tones. Correct tone reflects lights, gives a metallic/matte effect, darkens or brightens depending on the lighting on the track. And gives the feeling of a virtual version of a real race car. Incorrect tone looks washed out, too bright, or too pale. But more often than not, it looks like a bright spot on the track. Of course, a lot depends on the capabilities of the device
All colors are as accurate or as close to the original as possible, tested on quick races. You can test your favorite livery in a quick race using the free livery template, first from the left
Secondly, don't judge me harshly. Virtual liveries will not turn out exactly the same as was the originals. Unfortunately, a priori it's impossible to achieve complete similarity. But at least they more or less resemble the famous (or little-known) liveries of yesteryear. Especially during the broadcast "from a helicopter". Enjoy

About 150 new liveries are on the way. I found many interesting teams with nice liveries on racing-retro.com. As I find free time, I will recreate them, and post all it here

Nice work. Quick question though. Are they 2D or 3D colours? I've notice 2D & 3D don't have the same colour tones.

These are the colors for the 3D. In the 2D no need for matte, metallic, reflections on the car body, and other visual effects. Accordingly, the 2D colors look different, silver looks gray, gold looks yellow, etc. I hope that the devs will convert all tracks to 3D format
