Wet strategy impossible offlin

I realize that I is starting full wet you can have a good strategy and use wet intermediate and soft depending on rain level specially on those championship offline. Or if stops raining after the tyres choose it goes on medium instead o using what you choose to use when to use after stops raining. Can we discuss how to can improve those solution, maybe having 2 level for rain to choose.
