Should i get a new driver?

Hey everyone im new to the game and i just finished my first race today in 3rd and 5th. My next race is tomorrow and i just want to know peoples opinions. Ive been reading the forum posts and seen that talent is the most important thing... My drivers have 1 talent and 4 talent. I found drivers on the market now that i can see the attributes that have 12 talent. Should i use my money to replace one or both of my drivers or is it important for me to save the money i have right now and just use these drivers for the remainder of the season?

I would replace your drivers with higher talent drivers.  You can hire them pretty cheaply, and keep them for a long time, developing them through training as you progress in the game.

wait until you can get drivers with 20 talent, anything other than that is a waste of money
