the whole idea of this is said to be to 'promote competitiveness between europe's greatest teams yet anyone with the slightest brain cell about football will know this is just complete and utter greed for money from TV rights and so on.
Another problem is alot of these games will be in different countries so fans will not be able to travel unless they have big bucks.
ANOTHER problem is that the players will not be allowed to represent their countries if they play for a team in this so called 'super league'. Tottenhams manager got sacked today and it is rumored for protesting against the super league by not doing training. This issue is getting so bad that today it was issued in the UK goverment and they are against it, so is liverpools manager and millions or even billions of football fans.
This is the reason why gary neville (who used to play for man utd) is currently a hero for what he said in this broadcast on sky sports.

My opinion is this is a scandal and just GREED for money from the richest clubs in the world when lower league clubs are near bust. it must be stopped.
