Graphic Card getting hot

When I watch 2d races on my PC I maximize my window to full screen to watch the race, but when I do that my graphic card (nvidia gtx 1050) starts blowing fans to the maximum so it can cool down. It's like I am playing some demanding game with max settings. Can this be prevented somehow?

I have escalated this thread to the iGP Manager developers to see if there is a way to prevent this problem.
