Full course yellow

Could, in some instances, we have a full course yellow, if it is in safety car conditions if the race has 10 or less laps to go to prevent a safety car from changing the race result?

Suggested many times, eventually put into the game, it sucked, everyone hated it, feature removed. Never going to happen again I assume
