2 Car Everyday League looking for more managers.

US Grand Prix is looking for a few more managers to fill out the divisions.  This league is limited to 16 managers per level is a 2 car every day league.  We currently have 2 active managers in the Rookie Division, 9 in the Pro Division and 14 in the Elite.
