I’d like to suggest being able to pick a track from any of the tracks in the game, for private lobby quick races. Perhaps maybe there could be some small fee (100k?) to choose this option, but i think it would make quick races a lot more viable.

You can already do this, 

Quick Race > Private Lobby > Settings (Gearwheel) tab > Select track from drop down > Apply changes button.
