What did you try to do?
I’ve tried to reinstall the game, also tried to access the game via safari and chrome

What happened instead?
The game just shows the loading screen.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
iPhone 12 Pro

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
Latest IOS (no clue)

Can the bug be reproduced?
Has happened before but usually last few minutes then it’s good to go.

It should be fine now. There was a momentary unplanned interruption as all 3D tracks went live for anyone on app version 4.009 or later. Sorry for the disturbance.

If you close the app and relaunch it then it should be fine.
