I need to do some other things, and can't play this great game anymore.  How do I exit so there isn't just a dead team in my league?

If you go to the league tab and hit 'leave this league' your team will be removed from the league.

It will put your team in suspended animation where skills and contracts will not decay so if you have the time to return at a futire date you can carry on from where you left off.
