2 weeks on and ticket CJP-824343 is still unresolved. Starting to get rather annoyed by this.

I am really sorry for this, I have taken this case personally, it will be resolved in the following hours. I have opened an internal investigation with support department to clarify what caused this unacceptable delay. Thank you for your comprehension.
