Avoid training maxed out trait

When the drivers reach the maximum of for instance the driving ability, you can still train the driving ability and waste drivers' health.
The option to train a trait that is already maxed out should be disabled or some kind of indicator should be displayed to mention that that trait is already maxed out.

You have to manage training as this is a management game. IMO the game shouldnt feed this info to the manager, a good manager knows this and it’s easy to find (just go to driver profile)
