Have T20 Have Not Been In A League For More Than 2 weeks.. So Please Sell They drivers or bust there accounts

Managers automatically get removed from the league if they are inactive for long periods of time.
Also the host of the league could kick inactive people instead of having their accounts deleted (which makes barely any sense whatsoever)

Easy solution here...


If you are the league host, then, boot those teams.
If you are not the league host, then, ask the league host to boot them.

Also, your league host may be keeping teams like those in liwer divisions to keep overall activity up, so that he/she can actually recruit new managers in.  Those level 20 teams will keep retiring thus not impinging on the overall results for active managers.  Those teams will eventually be promoted...

I agree, but two weeks is too short. A month or two of complete absence, even in quick races, means total disregard for the game by manager. Maybe he uninstalled the game. But excellent pilots and personnel will forever remain in the idle ghost team

Devs need to introduce a new rule. One or two months out of the game - pilots and staff are announced as free agents and enter the job market. The team remains without employees. But this is the problem of the manager, not of his former employees

No when a driver or staff member contract runs out in an inactive team they are released into the market.  With the ideas being suggested here not only would you be increasing the chances of a league slowly dying but you would also ensure that the drivers and staff never come onto the market since the team would be auto kicked.

It's weird to read such funny comments from people playing this game. Drivers and staff are not bound by a contract by time, but by the number of races held. The record of their contract goes by the number of races, not by the time. I can post here the datas of the bunch of drivers and staff that will never release into the market. Since their teams are inactive

By implementing a strict auto kickout as suggested they will be kicked before their contracts count down to expiry.  Inactive teams that are still in leagues participate passively in races so the contracts count down and eventually expire and the staff member released.  All of these released staff are available in the market to buy, but a lot never get picked up owing to high transfer fee and high wages (this is easy to see if you have all of the staff of competing managers in your league shortlisted).  Once an inactive manager has staff whose contracts expire the staff member is released into the market and a new level 2 staff member is put into the team.

The proposal is ridiculous anyway since anyone who goes on holiday would be kicked and lose all their progress and staff.  And yes it was weird to read your funny post about not understanding this.?

This team is inactive since June 8, 2018. Both drivers and staff still there. And there are hundreds of such teams

Sorry, but your link isn’t working.  Also, showing an inactive manager from 3 years ago just proves my point.  The manager was kicked before the staff contract ran out.  This is almost certainly to have been done by the league host as iGP don’t remove manager until a very long period of inactivity has ocurred (about 6 months).  As contracts only lasts for a max 50 races this is plenty of time for a contract to run down during a period of inactivity.

Of course where managers are removed by league hosts those staff will be lost to the game and would do so whether the suggestion was implemented or not.

The league will automatically delete the account in rookies after 30 days, in pro 60 days, in elite 90. The league host does not affect this.

I know, but many league hosts kick inactives after 5days inactivity, especially in rookie

Note the level and talent of the pilots. And a very good level of staff in some teams. These are still relatively young teams, whose owners have not lost interest in the game 3/5 years ago. They left game recently, in April-May this year. On one Austrian forum, the guys posted links to teams that almost dead since 2015/16. With T20 drivers and same level staff. What now, the staff of these teams must forever remain in the almost dead teams? Not being able to add value to other teams? This is nonsense

Therefore I support topic starter. If a team is inactive for a certain period, from two weeks to a month, its staff are announced as free agents. And go to the teams where they are needed

No need to shut down the teams. If someone hypothetically wants to return to the game, he will see a good amount in money and tokens. Received from the sale of departed drivers and staff. This amount will be more than enough to buy excellent drivers and decent staff

So, what you really want is for all of the staff and drivers to be autokicked from teams after the teams have been booted by a league.  And for those staff and drivers to be replaced by level 1 members.  Then all of the kicked staff and drivers could be bought by other teams.

No. Teams are not closed. Members not kicked, but entering the market as free agents

Money and tokens from their transfers go to the team's account. When the manager returns to the game, he gets the opportunity to buy the drivers and staff he needs. He can even return someone from the former, if they are free by this time

Everyone wins. Active teams have the opportunity to get high-class pilots and staff. Temporarily inactive managers can return to the game at any time, and revive activity, with drivers and staff of the same level
