i TRIED TO GET 2d PLAYER TO WORK AND ALL IT SHOWS IS ADS AND A SURVEY TO COMPLETE FOR SUPERMARKETS

Could you post a screenshot please? It's hard to decipher exactly what would be going on. There's no reason why our 2D player popup would contain advertisements. My first thought was that it almost sounds like a virus on your computer, but perhaps a screenshot would make things clear.
