Two fixes that need to be made in the game:

1 ° Whenever we save a strategy for the races the amount of fuel that the car starts is not what we stipulate. In almost all races the car comes out heavier than we initially thought.
The fuel has to be what we think, as it gets in the way of the racing strategy.

2° When we make the strategy for a dry track race and it starts to rain during the 10 minutes, between the end of the setup time and the beginning of the race, some cars manage to change the tires to the appropriate ones and others not. There is no "change tires" tool before the race starts. Evaluating with my fellow managers of the same league, those who follow through a computer can make the exchange, whereas those who follow through the cell phone rarely manage to make the change.
Therefore, either you standardize for everyone to perform the exchange or standardize so
that no one can do it and necessarily do it stopping for a pit stop.

1) I’m pretty certain you will be starting with the same litres of fuel, you just need to work it out better yourself. Look at the litres per lap used in practice and then times that by the number of laps you want to run for. If it’s a track that you are going to be on PL1 or 2 mostly then you could run a bit less fuel, and if you’re on harder tyres or tracks you can push more add a bit more. It’s not a perfect science, but it’s easy enough to do
2) You can change tyres on the app on the phone as I manage to. You have to click on the strategy button at the top (2nd in from the right) and then choose your tyres for the 1st stint

Yes, and if i'm not mistaken, you can also change your pit strategy for all your pit stops pre-race by clicking the top strategy tab as Mark mentioned. I think there's an arrow you can click on to cycle through your planned pit stops/stints. I believe you are able to change both fuel liters and tire compounds using this method before lights out. Try it.

1- So, I haven't started playing now, what I'm complaining about is that you set a fuel amount for 10 laps before the race, for example, and the car starts the race with fuel for 10.6 laps.
I try to put a little less fuel in order not to interfere so much in the strategy. However, in the same way I still start the race with more fuel than I planned.

2- I've tried in every way to make this change during the 10 minutes before the race, however, most of the time I can change only 1 of the cars and sometimes none of them.
I welcome a specific tool for this!
