Lvl. 11/12 CD needed

My current CD is not so great and his contract is running out soon. I need a replacement one with at least 4.5 stars for level 11 soon to be level 12 by the time the contract expires, with Acceleration strength and reliability weakness. I have struggled to find one on the Marketplace, hopefully you have one

Anybody got one? I need one soon?

I know he has braking as a strength but that is the second best strength in my opinion.
