Good afternoon,

I finished a race about 12 hours ago, and none of my Sponsors paid the agreed and usual fee !
All 4 contracts were and are stiil active (for 1 more race now, and before last night they were valid for 2 more races)
As you (Support and/or Admins) can check.
You can see the lack of payement of all 4 Sponsors in the "Finances", in "Detailed Accounts View", and through the "Balance" total (before and after the race).

Those 4,680 M are very precious to me because i'm a fresh rookie and money lack's.
Could you verify the issue and correct it, please ?

After tonights race, contracts will be renewed. So could you be fast please before that happens ?

Thank you in advance.
Best regards

The a world economical crisis is very tough and maybe they have no cash at the moment... maybe they are on the edge of bankrupt and they don't even pay the employes.

Same cause as this, both relating to this update.

I am currently investigating the best method to pay out the contracts etc. before the next race comes around. Rest assured, it will be taken care of by then. Only a few races were affected during the night (European time).

Thank you, Jack.
Indeed the race took place at 02 a.m. European time (London, Lisbon).
By the way,  i've sent a Ticket to Support right after the race took place. Dunno if i should alert you here first and by that avoid the ticket.
Don´t want to duplicate your work load. My apologies if i did.

Yes they did :)
Thanks Jack.
But.... all the Sponsor contracts have gone with the wind,  just 1 race before their ending.
Which unfortunatly is also the season ending and i was hoping that with the expected tier promotion i would renegociate next season with better income :(

What should i do ? renegociate now before the race starts or give you a couple hours to fix that ?

If you need that i logout from my account so you can work around it better, let me know.
I can hold about 2:30h until next race.

P.S. This is why I hate these kind of glitches. What starts as one missing variable becomes 100 dodgy contracts. It's too easy to have a butterfly effect with these kind of things, when we go in and start tampering with data in unusual ways. This is why we're working on much more advanced admin tools!

Okay! Well that was a day largely wasted in terms of development, repairing this data. But the new upgrades on the back-end that caused this are well worth a day of pain to implement. :)

I've returned your sponsors now Darth.

Thanks a lot,  Jack.
I went offline in case it would be easier for you to have my account inactive. Just came back 5 mins ago and all is 5 stars.
Congrats for your great commitment and dedication to solve all those glitches today :)
You were remarkable.
