Is there a way to change your leagues race time according to the time changes? The time changes make it hard for some people to attend races. If there is not, can the ability to change be made available?

The league host can adjust the time of the races to accommodate clock changes in their local time zone. But the game itself doesn't change time it always follows UTC / GMT

So if the host adjusts the race time to suit their local time zone and there are managers in the league in a different time zone where the clocks haven't changed then these managers will experience the race happening either one hour earlier or later than previously.

Si the races have to be preset to that time when the calendar is created?

I think the league host can amend the times once the season as started.  Certainly this happened in one leavue I used to be in.

Race time can be changed by the host during the season, the only limitation is the change only comes into effect 24 hours after the race time is updated. This means in an every day league the new time does not become active for the next race but the one after next.

This 24 hour rule catches many hosts out, if you want your race time to be uninterrupted when clocks change it is necessary to plan ahead.

Luca is in a league that only races on two days a week so if the host changes the time immediately after a race has finished then the next race will take place at the new time.
