Qualification

I propose to divide the qualifications. how? Just. In my idea, it should take place some time before the start of the race (for example, 1 hour), then after the results of the qualification, you can already set a strategy for the race relative to your position (of course, you can make the top 10 go on the same tyre on which you got into the same 10, and others were able to choose any tyre), you can still think whether it will be automatic (as it is now) or manual (well, like a race, but qualification).So it's interesting to know your opinion, and of course justify your choice, like "why" and "how" 
P. S. If you think that starting on an SS is just the perfect/worst option then I will disappoint you, it is not always so, believe me I have tested it a hundred times, and sorry for my English))
