I have accumulated £40 million in newbie league and well clear at the top - when Can I get more drivers and what can I do with the money

You're in a 1 car league, which only allows 1 driver.

If you want to be in a 2 car league, which will require 2 drivers, find a different league after the season in your current league is over.

As for the money, after a while there is a surplus with nothing to spend it on until level 8 and 10.

If you still feel like you've got too much money, I'm sure you could hire new staff and overpay them :P
