Imagine: One singular goal that is set for you all season. There would also be other bonuses every race if you do a good job, but I think there should be one big benchmark that is the target for the league's season. Example: Finish 8th or higher in the team standings; or Finish 3rd or better in the driver's championship. Accomplishing this goal would lead to an extra cash bonus from your sponsors, i.e $5 million. Another thing that I would like to see is an option in leagues to activate prize money depending on your position in the standings. Similar to the Hall of Fame, where the higher you get in the global ranks the more money you earn at the end of the countdown. Another example:
P1: +$10 million
P2: + $8 million
P3: + $5 million
And so on...
