You don’t win XP in quick races.
Only league races give you XP and the higher the level of your opponents, the more XP you earn.

This statement is not correct...since a few days you are getting 1 xp point every 20 quick races... Like it was before the 3D update

That is only driver xp, not level xp which OP was asking.

Yes, the answer above coincidented pretty much with a fix for last patch finally re-enabling driver XP, driver health loss and car wear for Quick Races.
They don't give level XP, at least not if racing in a league. The best way to quickly level up is racing in a daily league in a tier with a level 20, or at least other very high level, manager present, also daily rewards for a little extra boost.

That is only driver xp, not level xp which OP was asking.
Sorry, then i got the question wrong, but there is no way to level up quicker in my point of view...

Just to add to this. The XP you earn each race is:
40 + 20 x (Highest level in the tier - Your level)
So assuming the highest level team in the tier is L18
If you're L10, each race you get 40 + 20 x (18 - 10) = 200 XP
If you're L14, each race you get 40 + 20 x (14 - 10) = 120 XP
So it's exactly what people have already said, the fastest way to level up is to race in an every day league against high level managers.
