Aging of inactive drivers

Hi folks! 

Sorry for asking a stupid question... 

If i drive in a 1-car-league and i have two drivers in my team, will the inactive driver also get older with each race, although he is is not participating in the races?

Drivers who are not racing will not age, only drivers who participate in races age.
