Paying coins to finish HQ upgrade not working

What did you try to do?
Tried to pay 10 coins to finish HQ upgrade. Clicked the "Build - 10" button, but nothing happens except the button goes gray.

What happened instead?
Nothing, no coins deducted and HQ not upgraded.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

The game took the money but it didn't put it in upgrading state. And i can't do nothing else.

To be honest i am experiencing the same problem... i have 33.6 euros going to upgrade my hospital into level 14 but the upgrading cost isn't green nor clickable...

The strategy and the setup are fixed but the headquarters are still bugged for me, i don't know if it's also for other people.

Yes, the game took the money for the upgrade, it doesn't let me to do other upgrades, but it doesn't show effectively that the design is under upgrading.

I think I also have the same bug, when I try to upgrade the Simulator, the game just took $500k and do nothing, I don't know whether the simulator is upgrading or not, but I can only do nothing in HQ

I also found that the cost of Simulator should be $325k, not $500k, that's strange

Now everything is back to the normality.

Within this message written as this i would say my gratitude of thanking the developers for the quick anticipation responding to our tech problems. My headquarters elements are up and running as my head. I thought there was a budget cap at the stake i couldn't forge the HQ thinking i was financially underpowered. Nonetheless thanks for your hard work and limitless dedication to support players and the game itself. You guys are the best... stay safe and i'll look after the tracks!
