earn more developement XP?

Is a way to earn developement XP in iGP manager? I want to easily reach level 10.

I am wondering as well. It seems like Scouting and Development XP don't increase at exactly the same speed? For some reason I have 3 more XP on development

Scouting XP and Development XP both increase by 40 with each race you participate in. Any discrepancies will be caused by completing the in-game achievements listed on your Manager page (click the Manager tab). Some of the achievements give you Scouting XP and some give Development XP.
