What did you try to do?
I wanted to check the drivers and staff markets, so as to hire some staff. But as I recently downloaded the game, the tutorial on how to bid starts.

What happened instead?
As I recently downloaded the game, the tutorial on how to bid/how auctions work starts and after following the steps, I reach the bidding menu. When I reach this point, there’s a timer indicating when the auction starts. I wait for the timer to hit zero, nothing happens. I try to close the window, nothing happens (before timer countdown, during, and after; same results). I have to close the app, as I can’t close the auction window.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
iPad Air 2

What is the operating system?
iOS

What is the version number of the operating system?
iOS 14.0.1

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, it can be reproduced. It happens every time I try to perform the action mentioned above.

Do you think you could record a video of this happening and upload it to YouTube or a file sharing website? It's easy to record your screen on an iPad. See "create screen recording" here: https://support.apple.com/en-gb/guide/ipad/ipad08a40f3b/ipados

This will help me to better understand the issue. You are not supposed to wait for the timer to hit zero in the tutorial. There could be many causes of this so I need to see it to undersand it better.

Well, when I tried to record it, it actually let me finish the tutorial. I don’t know what the cause of the issue was and I don’t know how it got fixed. Thanks for helping out though!
