It’s saying that I can’t create a league when I don’t have a active league so can someone please explain what is happening?

Hello,

The account you're currently posting with is already part of a league. In iGP Manager, it isn't possible for one account to be part of multiple leagues. 
If you would like to host a league, you either need to leave your current league or use a different account.
