Tried to recover password using my email linked to my account
What happened instead?
I can’t remember my current password so am unable to change it through the settings. I can log in as it’s linked via Facebook as well.
I tried to recover my password at the log in page using my email, however when I enter the 4 digit code sent to my email address it comes up with an error message stating the email is used on multiple accounts. I changed my email on the account to a new email address (just created) and tried again but it still comes up with the same error message
