Issue dwnlodin track resources

I couldn't log into the race, it gets stuck loading at 99% and I get the message "issue downloading track resources" then it goes back to the home page.

And when it enters race sometimes, it's slow and laggy.

I use the mobile app and I feel it requires more processing than my device can handle maybe?

Kindly Advise.

The game seems to be selective. Works on my Asus Rog and mini 5, doesn't work on my Samsung note 9. The older the device, the less processing power to handle it looks like.

I use an Infinix, 3gb ram, android 9, the latest app version and I race 2D.

Hello,

Can you try to clear cache and only have the iGP Manager app opened while playing? Sometimes we use to have too many apps opened while playing and it drains the RAM usage.

I do clear background apps but I'll clear cache for the next race.
