Can I restart the season for everyone as league host. Is there a way to do it pls help

No, it is not possible. you will need to wait to finish the remaining races. Why would you like to restart the season?

Hi the league host set the first race for the wrong time so no one had done setup and lots of people wanted a restart as it seemed unfair

I changed the race start time the day before the race and i thought the changes took effect but the race went on anyways. League is “BEST OF FORMULA ONE” race was British iGP

You need to change the time more than 24 hours in advance of when the race is originally scheduled for the changes to take effect. 

Going forward, the remaining races will be at the correct time.

You'll have to treat this as a learning exercise because iGP Support will only re-run races if there is a problem directly attributable to the game.
