We've decided to extend our 50% off deal for another day. We were hoping you'd get a chance to preview improved connections to the service today but the bulk of the improvements will arrive tomorrow in the end. Many of the advantages ended up being disabled today due to unforeseen circumstances running the new system in a live environment.

We hope you enjoy your races tomorrow and take advantage of the savings being on offer for longer!

Use coupon BF14 or click here to use the coupon.

Hello Jack,
I'm thinking to become a subscriber (and use coupon). But I'm wondering will I have an opportunity to get coupon next year. Or is it one-time offer and will not be available for subscribers (only for non-subscribers).

It's a one-time offer for new subscriptions. However, once the 1 year subscription is up, you will be able to get new subscription offers. You can also cancel the subscription auto-renewal at any time.

We've also been doing somersaults in the helpdesk to get the offer to existing subscribers. The problem isn't that we choose to make it for non-subscribers only, it's an issue with PayPal contracts. They are extremely inflexible. Once they are set up they cannot be altered or cancelled with the software we use, meaning if we offer it to existing subscribers they'd end up with two parallel subscriptions, not an extension of their existing one. I'm trying to figure out ways to innovate around that limitation because ideally we want to create similar deals for subscribers.

Thanks Jack.

What difference between payments (paypal, stripe)? What if I don't have paypal account? What are the risks when I buy a subscription via stripe payment? Is it difference only in secured payment? Or there are others differences? How can I cancel my subscription if I will decide not to extend it for next year? Should I contact only you or someone else?

Both PayPal and Stripe are very secure methods for payments.

Stripe was largely added to our system for people that can't or won't use PayPal (e.g. we had a league in Lebanon, who wanted to subscribe, but PayPal isn't available there). Since working with it, I prefer how Stripe handles subscriptions because unlike PayPal, it can be much more flexible.

It makes little difference to you, though. It's entirely your choice which one you use. You can cancel the subscription at any time at igpmanager.com/account in your purchase history.
