What type of tyres should I use for each Temperature this would help me get an advantage over the rest of my colleagues

It depends on the track! The higher the speed the harder the tyres usually used but since softs are usually best in all non-extreme temperatures sticking with them should be ok, maybe with super softs for qualifying at some tracks.

Unless you have a 2 tyre rule mediums won't usually be useful over softs and hards shouldn't be used regardless of anything

2.4. TYRES
There are six tyre compounds. The use of these compounds is not restricted in any way.
Super soft tyres - Best in cold, dry conditions
Soft tyres - Best in cool, dry conditions
Medium tyres - Best in warm, dry conditions
Hard tyres - Best in hot, dry conditions
Intermediate wet tyres - Rain tyre for a damp track
Full wet tyres - Rain tyre for a very wet track
