Menu, Logging out not working

What did you try to do?
Go to the main menu to see if my current drivers/staff changed and to check out the new update, and when that didn't work I tried to log out.

What happened instead?
When I clicked on those buttons, nothing.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Microsoft Windows

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Chrome, Opera GX

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, I've seen someone else have the same problems.

Additional comments:
I can't do races with this bug right now, if it seems to be widespread I think reruns might be needed.

Yeah, I can't log out or use the side menu either. When I went to clear cache, it looks like I might have selected the wrong things, so all my saved bookmarks, logins and a lot more than that are gone, but that's my mistake I guess... :( Ahahaha xD

Try a cache clear now or hard refresh (CTRL+F5). An issue was identified and a patch put up just now, thanks for the reports.

I had to restart my computer, for some reason it fixed it.

I too am facing the same issue. Clearing the cache and a restart have not resolved the issue for me.

This happens on macs as well. Cleared the browser cache already. Tried with four different browsers, nothing seems to help. Works well on mobile app though

I still suspect this is a caching issue, I even logged in on your accounts to check and the menus were working fine on Firefox, Chrome and inside the app. The reports are also mixed that this is fixed or not, suggesting it's a local issue and not a remote one (also pointing to cache, in other words).

Sometimes browsers are really really aggressive with caching, especially Chrome in my experience. Try pressing CTRL+SHIFT+DEL and checking 'Cache' only along with 'Everything' or 'All time' (IIRC). It should wipe the entire browser cache.

So much web code was changed with this update that all kinds of things could be impacted by caching. I was able to reproduce the menu issues earlier and then fixed them, and several people told me that patch fixed it for them, but others said it didn't. That's typical of a cache issue.

I am still unable to get it to work after doing this multiple times.

It is definitely something with my PC, as I have the same problem with all of my iGP accounts. I have the same issue if I use Microsoft Edge. I have logged out of my Google account and cleared all stored data, but am still experiencing the issue.

Same problem I have had. Couldn't set up for yesterdays race at all. Tried clearing cache and cookies etc. but still the same.
Using Firefox, Windows 10, wifi, laptop.
Also same problem with my other team in F1 Shootout Elite, so must be a browser issue.

I have the same problem on Firefox 91.0 / Windows 8.1, as well as on Firefox 78.13.0esr / Debian GNU / Linux (2 separate PCs in wifi). I cleared the browser cache, deleted the cookies, restarted the PC, but still the same. However, no problem with the Android app (v3).
