International Young Drivers

So basically, what this means is that we should be allowed to scout young drivers from outside the country that we set. Like why does all of my young drivers come from a single nation? It makes no sense at all!

Also it is more realistic, and probably gives you access to more talented countries. You have been given 10 years, and you can't do that? It's so much easier to implement than this single-country system. And with the new system, there are no more excuses as to why you can't do this.

And why do Antarctica and some African accounts only fish British young drivers? I don't get it. Either way, allow us to scout other countries, so this won't be an issue. Case closed.

This used to be a feature for a short period, a couple years ago if I remember correctly. Drivers from academy were randomly generated from different countries. Then I don't know why they put it away and got back to own country only.
I wouldn't mind as I always have to change my drivers nationality to Holy See anyway.

Very right you are Censy. If this game is meant to simulate real world racing management, then an academy surely is to seek talents everywhere to empower the team. Genius!! 😄👍👍👍👏👏👏

I like this suggestion, it might be nice to have pilots and staff from different nations available in the academy it would add diversification.

I decided to go with 3 options that we can do regarding this:

A: Go full-out random on nationalities, no exceptions
B: 20% chance it is your countryman, the rest are foreign
C: Stick to a single nationality

Yes. This would be an interesting idea, although I think you definitely would need to give people the option to only scout drivers from their own country.
