Hi I'm Evan Manley and I am starting a new league under the name 'The Manley League'. I am going to create this league about 5 minutes from the current time which is 8:00 PM EST or 2 AM GMT. This league is for newcomers and pros a like and the races are 50% and 16 teams per tier. This is a 1 car league.
