I didn't get promoted

So guys, I had a bit of a weird thing today, I won the championship, the season ended, there were enough members to promote and suddenly, i stayed in pro. Any help?

From looking at the last season there were only 7 managers in Pro tier last season maybe someone left towards the end but when season finished there weren't 8 managers and so no promotions.
