New Scouting System suggestion

I have a suggestion regarding the new scouting system. I would suggest having a low cost high token and high cost low token system with the costs lower than currently the case. There is a driver in my academy with 20 talent but costs 2 million and 50 tokens. While 2 million is no problem I think 50 tokens is extortionate especially seeing as I get 1 token per race and they are undeveloped drivers. Also I think the costs should have a further reduction the higher the level of the YA HQ.

this update screws players of our level. this update was aimed at high level people who would spend over 100 tokens on the perfect driver. there is supposed to be an update to the transfer market to compete with this. I would agree this system sucks but it isn't for players of our level it was just a slap in the face for us. 

If you select a sponsor that gives you 3 tokens per race (iRacing), you can get the driver in less than a season

Think how many tokens you will save over the career of the driver

This is the biggest issue here. Why not three?

Guys I know about getting a different sponsor for more tokens, but I chose a higher money sponsor before the update to upgrade my facilities more as I just had a new driver. I can change that when the contract ends but that is not the subject of the matter. Fact is the system is screwed to convince more people to buy tokens with real money. 50 tokens for a driver I would just sell on is crazy

then it's not the game's fault if you choose to get money instead of tokens ?‍♂️ 

Simply use the transfer market. The game isn't forcing you to spend real money.

Why would you buy a driver just to sell on?  Guaranteed way to lose money.  The new system is cheaper in the long run if you keep the driver until,they retire, but at your level you don’t need to spend 50 tokens on a new driver.

I find it more efficient to buy money with coins instead of getting money from sponsors.

Bro, I chose the the sponsor before this update for upgrades.

I don’t buy the drivers from market to sell on, I do it through the YA


It’s impossible to get good drivers on the market now

Actually, I was quite lucky with the transfer market two days in a row. I got a T19 driver (missed out on a T20 driver due to a bid bug) and a T20 drivers in just two days. It just depends on which drivers the game chooses to put on the transfer market or which manager decides to put their T20 driver on the transfer market and what level you are at (the lower your level, the less chance you have on getting a T20 driver on transfer market.
