TranslateI have 3 drivers on my shortlist. All 3 are shown as 'Free' in their contract status. When I click on the contract tab 2 of these drivers say available and list their price. The third just shows a lock on the screen. Why is this?

When were the drivers shortlisted?
IIRC when the Devs changed the system to prevent purchases from the "Black Market" for 3 tokens they agreed to allow this practice to continue for staff and drivers who were shortlisted BEFORE the changes were implemented.
So I wonder if two of the three have been shortlisted for quite a long time whereas the one that is locked was only shortlisted after the recent changes were made.

Thank you. That is exactly the situation. So why is shortlisting even still an option if it completely useless?

Translate You can still shortlist your own drivers / staff, so if you let their contracts expire, you'll be able to re-sign them to your team.

Alright, that makes sense. The 2 drivers I have shortlisted (that I can sign) are also former drivers of mine that the contracts expired
