Hi managers it has just become apparent to me that one of the managers in my league, was able to buy my previous CD who was lvl 10 despite them being lvl9 on the game, this was by auction btw. As well as that he is able to buy lvl 10 staff now from the market. Is this normal or not?
Sometims staff which is a one level higher, has 5 stars and they are yellow, not red. Such staff is eligable to contract.
In short, not level, but colour of stars is important.
