Encouragement for new managers

I joined after the start of last season
I was totally unaware of any of this managing stuff
I came to the forums read some guides and in 18 races I made it to pro alr in my league 
Learnt alot in the last 2 weeks and ill encourage new managers to keep trying and don't give up
