Hello, I have a problem with the SEO of my league, the ratings have disappeared and cannot rate the league again.

Hello,
When the league host is changed, all of the league ratings and host rating are reset. As the league host, you don't have the ability to rate your own league.
As already mentioned on your league wall, all members (except the host) should be able to add ratings for the league and host.

The reason is that they are all newly arrived managers and therefore cannot make judgements as soon as they enter a new league.
