New teams to my league always win the championship or if they join half way through the season win the following season. This happened to me, I myself won. Now with better stats I can’t get anywhere near. Has anyone else experienced the same?

Joining at the start, no it doesn’t influence who wins unless it’s not really a competitive league.

Joining mid way and then winning the next, yes it’s possible if the manager had the mid season join bug which adds some extra car dev points and that is a big advantage.

Teams who join part way through the season in the Elite tier usually begin the following season with an extra 16 design points over the established members of the league.

This is particularly helpful in the first few races of the season, an experienced manager can be very hard to catch once they build a gap.

A league host who is on the ball will see this overpowered design after the end of season reset has occurred and may legitimately insist the offending manager resets by momentarily joining another league and then returning during the break between seasons.

It is true, some mangers just jump between one league and another because this bug.
They always win the league, and at season ends just find other, they begin with the better car and win again.
It is not just, you may find a solution.
