TranslateHow is the driver signing fee determined? (is it randomized?) And does it increase as the driver gets better? Just interested.

It is sort of randomized. The signing fee may be more for drivers with more talent, but otherwise im pretty sure it is randomized.

I don't think that it is completely random. I think the driver health, age, and talent factor into the fee. Some of the lowest fees I see are for older drivers with LOW health and talent....

It's initially randomized (within a range relative to their overall level). But it increases based on the success of the driver, their fee goes up the more successful they are.
