What did you try to do?
Opened the driver data page to see lap times and strategy.

What happened instead?
Saw that the compound of tyre that you are switching onto can and will change the overall pit stop time. If you are switching to a softer compound of tyre, the stop will usually be around 5-8 tenths faster than changing onto the mediums or hards. Don't know if this is deliberate but sees a little out of order for me.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
ASUS Android

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
Android 8.1.0

Can the bug be reproduced?
Happens every single race, type of device does not matter it is part of the game. Other than that the platform has no significant problems and runs well on any device.

Are you sure it's the tyres? Harder compounds suggest longer stints requiring more fuel. It's most likely the fuel that increases the pit time.

As Kevin said, you're probably looking it the wrong way.

A tyre change only is set to 3s for all types of tyres. But if you're using M and someone else goes for SS, your pit must be longer to fill more fuel in order to make the strategy work.
40L of fuel is ≈ 4s pit while up to 22.5L is 3s (limited by the tyre change), that's why everything in between is 3.Xs (which is the case for most strategies as very rarely you will get more than 40L in a pit-stop)

In-laps and out-laps are a different history, as they are affective by tyre wear, tyre compound, push levels, fuel load, DRS, boost, traffic, weather, etc. 🤷‍♂️
