BUG - no stop during Hungarian GP

I was racing at the Hungarian GP. While I had planned my second pit stop for lap #35, my car did not stop. So I manually clicked on "Stop Now" during my lap #36. My car did not stop. I have been forced to abandon the race in the middle of lap #37.

I have a perfectly working phone and internet connection. I also know how to make my pit stops as I did 27 podiums out of the 27 races I have been a part of. Thank you for your explanation.

If you click "stop now" before the pitstop is automatically activated, it will be as like you pressed "cancel pit". It is annoying, I hope it gets fixed

Thanks Titan Jr for your message. The problem is, I didn't cancel anything. It's like my car would not stop. My driver was supposed to do a pit stop but it didn't do it and my driver started another lap (with 0.8 of fuel), so I went PL1, clicked on "pit now" at the begining of this new lap and it activated the "STOP" on my driver's face but again, as S3 was coming to an end it didn't do it and my driver started another additional lap. Then, obviously my car died and I was forced to abandon.

As I said, if you press it immediatly after it will be cancelled by the game, you will have to wait for it to automatically enable

It happens when you click ‘pit now’ at the exact moment auto pit stop activates. You’ll unwillingly and unknowingly cancel the pit stop. Not your fault, ?happens
