Just thought it would be interesting to see where everyone is at in terms of what they most want next in the game!

I’d go with in-race fixes, cosmetics and new circuits. All three would be cool but personally I’d leave the game as is as long as it runs well without bugs.

The rest either don’t bother me or may make the game too time consuming & expensive.

All of the above, we need more freedom in the game to make leagues unique

Qualifying is a priority since years...
And after 3d update live race management is too easy... Performance is less affected by tyre temp and car weight. A lot of experienced players quitted the game waiting (or not) for better time to come...

I think leagues in itself are good but I miss being able to be part of multiple leagues. Let me explain.

If you could have your ‘normal’ 5 days a week league and, as a surplus as to what you have now: a sign-up system for weekend races, you would encounter more faces (friendly faces hopefully). You have to sign up x hours before race, giving igp enough time to create a lobby with active managers same-ish manager level in order to have well populated competitive races.

This would also create an opportunity for intra-league events or competitions. For example a Christmas Eve run, newyear race, maybe hand out a small amount of tokens so it means something to win.

Other then the above, achievements really needs some work, should be replaced by a trophy cabinet or a stat card of any kind.

My most pressing issue has always been qualification, even more so since learning of the height thing. I know that implementing a live quali would be massive amount of work, probably too much right now, but to have some control over it so that you don't feel cheated by the rando or driver height when your cars are equal, it would be lovely.

But lately I'm seeing a lot of stuff in-race that is frustrating. I'm seeing a lot more inconsistencies on the same tracks. Like one season the overcut might be massively OP, but next season, in pretty much the same conditions (and I know this because I'm a stickler for recording data, and indeed record races for my channel) the overcut suddenly doesn't work any more. And vice versa. It can be quite frustrating. Plus I have noticed a bit more lag in-race now (sometimes to the point of unplayability). I have had to get used to predetermining if my opponent will boost and therefore boost half a second before I think I need it, which isn't ideal in the least.

So in-race fixes are quickly becoming up there with quali in my opinion of what's needed most.

Would be nice if Hard tyres were useable outside of a league rule situation, but it's not majorly pressing. It would also be nice to have a bit more livery customisation, but again, not a big deal right now.

More in-depth car development and setups would be a good thing, but I do believe that might put rookies off, and others, with how much time it may consume. But for a management simulation game, more in-depth gameplay is kinda the definition. Again though, not as pressing as some of the other issues.

In race fixes, too many annoying things with bugs and such

I'd like it if the league host had the option to turn off refueling and enable a game policed mandatory two tire race strategy, so the game would give out penalties for infractions. All at the flip of a switch to have it or not.

Tire balancing! The soft is the universal tire for dry conditions. Sometimes the medium just work. But the hard compound completely unusable.

As the member of a league which has a number of, what I think are, fairly unique rules - Boost ban towards the end of the race which helps to make the end of a race, really exciting, a two tyre rule in which the two compounds to be run are told after the preceding race, meaning there's as good a chance you'll be running Hards as there is, softs. Plus a couple of other rules.
I'm not sure how the devs could implement them, maybe check boxes for the tyres, ss/S/M/H/any 2 tyres/any tyres.
And maybe for the boost ban. Check boxes, y/n and if yes, which lap.

I voted “in-race realism”. I want to see more blowing country flags.

League control and options, tyre rebalancing, more in-depth car setups, new circuits, in-race realism

That would be good for this game (i choosed car setups).

Personally, I want some control over qualifying. The fact that I can't start near the front is damaging to my championship chances. Also, I would disagree when you said hards are useless. Someone in my league started on them every race last season and got a few wins. They can be a viable option at places like Abu Dhabi and Bahrain.

If fastest lap point was a thing in this game then… well idk if I would really support it cuz there will always be that one manager who always get fastest laps in quite literally every race no matter the competition, meaning he would be getting like 20 extra points for free

I agree with this, for the league to have the ability to say we are going to allow refueling or you can't refuel and have to start the race with the fuel that you need to run the entire race.

I didn't state outright they were useless, it was more a question. Because, well, even if you start on them they are rarely better than any other tyre unless it's like 100 degrees. Infact I spent 3 seasons in a league where the top guys had to start on Hards and won 2/3 championships. You can work with hards, but they aren't massively useful in my opinion. Infact now that winter is coming around for a lot of the northern hemisphere I would go as far as to say in normal conditions Hards are going to be rendered quite useless for every circuit but 1 or 2. Hence why most leagues use Hards in their own unofficial rules (if they were workable then we wouldn't need to parachute them into our own league rules). That's just my opinion anyway.

Some control over qualifying is probably one of, if the most, pressing issue for me, I agree with you there!
