Driver personalities

I'm coming with another suggestion in my mind. I thought that it will make big difference if every driver had his own personality (strengths and weaknesses). A driver can be better at high speed circuit, go deep on brakes,be better on first lap,have better race starts,be more gentle with tyres and so many more. This will make every team even more unique.

Yes if the personality traits are hidden

That already happens. I know plenty of drivers that can't overtake in 1st lap at all but are happy to move backwards in the field.
