Hello,
After just two seasons I was promoted to Elite. Some months later I am still coming in the bottom few place of Elite leagues. I tried finding new leagues but automatically get put in Elite. When other teams with higher ratings are put in Pro. Is there any mechanism to get onto a Pro league or am I destined to circulate at the back for a few more months whilst I slowly build up my headquarters? Please help!

Hello,
In 2020, the support team officially ended the service which allowed managers to request a manual promotion/relegation.
However, if you join a league which is near the end of their season and purposefully do badly to relegate yourself, you can put yourself back into the Pro tier.
I would recommend asking the league host before you do this, as some hosts do not like people purposefully doing badly in races.
