Introduction of ERS and R&D

We are now in the hybrid era, it would be great if you can add an ERS system into the game. Also, the R&D should have some more aspects (not only the DRS and boost), like the wings, the aero,... I know it will take a lot of effort for you developers, so let's just do it one by one, perhaps with the ERS first. Thank you for developing the best racing manager game I have ever played.

Then we should get something new, it will be fun to add some more mechanisms to the car.
