Tried to place bid on driver and staff.

yes, After the bid cycle is done the new one i cannot buy still

Same here. After new transfers system is rolled out, I cannot place bids. I'm going on the website over the mobile browser, not the app, but although the bidding window is still open (2+minutes to go), the place bid button is grayed out and cannot be used.

In browsers on desktops you can simply do a hard refresh (CTRL+F5). In mobile browsers you will need to clear the cache. In the mobile app you should go to the settings page and clear cache from there.

i can confirm it was solved by clearing browser data which is inconvenient for every session in every site is removed. but the issue got fixed

Clearing cache in iOS does not fix this problem

Very strange.  Account on iPhone works, account on iPad does not even after clearing cache.

this seems to be fixed after the maintenance again. I haven't had a problem with the browser or phone after.

May I ask if your iPad runs on a version below iOS 13?

No it was iOS 14.8, but the issue seems to have cleared up today
